Publiz vs Later
Later bundles one profile per network into a social set, which is the same shape as a Publiz workspace. That makes this the cleanest comparison of the set, because neither side has to be converted into the other.
Same job, both prices
Three brands on either side. Later sells social sets in fixed steps of one, two and six, so three brands means buying the six-set plan. Publiz Creator includes three workspaces outright.
Prices from Later's own pricing page, checked September 2026.

Who should switch, and who should not
Move to Publiz if
- Your brand count sits awkwardly between their steps, so you are paying for sets you do not use.
- A hundred AI credits a month runs out before the month does.
- You want a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server rather than a closed tool.
Stay on Later if
- Instagram is the centre of your work. Later is built around it and on Publiz Instagram is coming soon, once Meta approves our app.
- You plan visually, with a grid preview and drag-to-arrange feed layout. That is their strongest feature and we do not match it.
Questions
Structurally, yes. Both hold one account per network and neither lets you connect two accounts on the same network inside one of them. To run a second account on the same network you add another workspace, the same way you would add another social set.
Other comparisons
Publiz vs Buffer
Buffer is the tool Publiz is closest to on workflow, and furthest from on billing. Buffer prices per channel. A Publiz plan is a flat price with workspaces included, so the tenth account costs the same as the second, which is nothing.
See the comparisonPubliz vs Publer
Publer is the low-price option in this space, and for one or two accounts it earns that. It bills per social account though, so the price climbs with every profile you connect. Publiz bills per workspace, and the accounts inside it cost nothing extra.
See the comparisonPubliz vs Hootsuite
Hootsuite sells a suite: social listening, approval chains, team governance. Publiz sells publishing with AI attached. If you need the suite, the price gap is not the argument. If you only publish, it is the whole argument.
