These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Publiz, including our website, applications, APIs, and related services.

Publiz is a product operated by PT PERINTIS BUKAN PEWARIS, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with its registered office at Jln. Sanjaya 08, RT 001, RW 002, Jogorogo, Jogorogo,
Kabupaten Ngawi, Jawa Timur 63262, Indonesia ("Publiz", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using Publiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

1. Description of Service

Publiz provides social media management and content publishing tools that may include:

  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content
  • Managing connected social media accounts
  • Team and workspace collaboration features
  • Analytics and engagement tracking
  • AI-assisted content generation and suggestions
  • Media management and storage
  • APIs, integrations, and developer tools

Features may change, be updated, restricted, or removed at any time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To use Publiz, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

2.2 Account Information

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Maintain updated account information
  • Accept responsibility for activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Publiz to:

  1. Violate any applicable law or regulation
  2. Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  3. Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  4. Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
  5. Impersonate individuals or organizations
  6. Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  7. Disrupt, overload, or interfere with platform operations
  8. Publish illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or obscene content
  9. Use unauthorized automation, scraping, or abusive activity
  10. Violate the terms or policies of connected third-party platforms
  11. Circumvent platform limitations, rate limits, or security protections
  12. Generate, request, or publish sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, including anything described as "NSFW" or "uncensored", and any sexual content involving minors
  13. Create deepfakes or face swaps, or use AI to generate, edit, or animate a real person's face, likeness, or voice without that person's explicit consent
  14. Generate content meant to deceive, such as fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated chats and documents presented as real
  15. Download, copy, or redistribute content from third-party platforms that you do not have the rights to

Our Acceptable Use Policy explains these rules in more detail and forms part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations of these Terms.

4. Connected Third-Party Platforms

Publiz integrates with third-party services and platforms, including social media providers.

By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize Publiz to access and use certain data and permissions necessary to provide the service.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and limitations.

Publishing to YouTube through Publiz uses the YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service apply to you as well.

When you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, or a Threads profile, your use of those accounts through Publiz also remains subject to the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the Threads Terms of Use, and Meta's Community Standards. You must have the authority to manage every Page, account, or profile you connect. Facebook, Instagram, and Threads connections become available once Meta approves our app.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform outages or API failures
  • Policy changes imposed by third-party platforms
  • Suspensions, restrictions, or removals of your third-party accounts
  • Changes in availability or functionality caused by third-party providers

We do not guarantee approval, reach, engagement, monetization, or continued availability on third-party platforms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or publish through Publiz.

By using Publiz, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions.

5.2 Our Platform

All platform software, branding, design, documentation, and related materials are owned by PT PERINTIS BUKAN PEWARIS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit platform materials without authorization.

6. AI Features

Publiz may provide AI-assisted tools and content suggestions.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication.

Publiz is an independent product. Its AI features are built on third-party AI models, and Publiz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies that make those models.

Prompts for image and video generation are screened automatically before anything is generated. We may refuse a request, remove generated content, or restrict AI features when a request breaks Section 3 or the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid plan, add-on, or credit pack.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and refunds. Charges may appear on your bank or card statement as "DODOPAY" or "Dodo Payments".

By buying a paid plan or add-on, you agree that:

  • Fees are charged in advance for the billing period you choose, monthly or yearly
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again
  • Pricing may change with reasonable notice, and a new price applies from your next renewal
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of access
  • Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction

Free trial. New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Creator plan. No card is required, and the trial does not include AI credits or X credits. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan automatically and nothing is charged. Your content is kept, and any workspaces or members above the Free plan limits are paused until you upgrade.

Refunds. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge, including subscriptions, add-ons, AI credit packs, X credit packs, and post packs. Request it by email or through the Dodo Payments customer portal. Our Refund Policy explains both options.

Credits and packs. AI credits, X credits and post packs are prepaid allowances for using features inside Publiz. Credits and packs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, resold or transferred, except that the purchase itself can be refunded within 14 days under our Refund Policy. They can only be used in Publiz, and refunding a pack removes its unused credits or posts from your balance. Voucher codes are promotional offers we hand out. They are not sold and have no cash value.

Promotional pricing, launch pricing, and special offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Certain functionality depends on third-party providers and APIs outside our control.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes that temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime or interruptions
  • Delayed publishing
  • Failed API requests
  • Data loss or synchronization issues
  • Third-party outages or restrictions

9. Beta and Experimental Features

Certain features may be labeled as beta, preview, experimental, or early access.

These features may:

  • Change without notice
  • Be unstable or incomplete
  • Be discontinued at any time

Beta features are provided without warranties of any kind.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using Publiz or delete your account at any time. To stop a paid plan from renewing, cancel it from Settings → Billing as described in Section 7.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Create security or operational risks
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees

We may also remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Publiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Reliability or availability

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Publiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, reputation, or goodwill
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Publiz during the preceding 12 months

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Publiz and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Publiz after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The latest version will always include the updated effective date.
