Publish daily without ever being on camera
This faceless video generator turns a topic into a finished short: it writes the script, voices it, and puts AI-generated b-roll behind it. Flip one switch and an avatar delivers the same script as a lip-synced talking head instead, in 10 to 60 seconds at whichever aspect ratio you need.
How it works
- 1
Give it a topic
3 to 500 characters. Add a brief of up to 2,000 if you want to steer the angle.
- 2
Pick faceless or talking head
Faceless puts b-roll behind the voiceover. Talking head needs an avatar and lip-syncs it.
- 3
Set length and format
10 to 60 seconds, 9:16 / 16:9 / 1:1, with optional burned-in captions.
What you can make
Daily-posting creators
The barrier to daily short-form is usually being on camera. Removing that is the point — you write, it produces.
Faceless niche channels
Finance, history and explainer channels run entirely on b-roll and voiceover. This is that format, without sourcing stock.
Brands with no on-camera talent
Switch to talking-head mode and an avatar fronts the message consistently across every video.
Anyone testing a content angle

Tips for better results
- Give one idea per video, not a list. A 30-second script covers roughly 70 words — a topic with three sub-points arrives as three unfinished thoughts.
- Use the brief for what to avoid, not just what to cover. "No statistics, no intro, start on the claim" shapes the script more than another paragraph of topic.
- Paste your own script when accuracy matters. Generated scripts are good at pacing and bad at facts you have not supplied.
- Turn captions on for 9:16. Vertical short-form is watched muted more than any other format, and the voiceover is the whole content here.
- Start at 30 seconds. It is long enough for a complete thought and short enough to keep retention, and you can extend once you see where viewers drop.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to appear on camera?
No — that is the point of the faceless mode, which pairs AI b-roll with a voiceover. If you want a presenter, the talking-head mode uses an avatar rather than you.
What is the difference between the two modes?
Faceless generates b-roll footage behind the voiceover. Talking head puts an avatar on screen reading the same script, lip-synced — it requires an avatar to be selected.
Can I write the script myself?
Yes. A script override of up to 2,000 characters is used verbatim and skips script generation entirely.
How long can the video be?
Between 10 and 60 seconds, which covers Reels, TikTok, Shorts and most feed placements.
Is it free?
Generating uses credits from your Publiz plan. Video costs more than image tools because footage and voice are both generated; new accounts start with a free credit allowance.
